● Compared with the ordinary tapping machine, the tapping machine uses robot + vision system, and it has the characteristics of good versatility, high yield and complex structure.

● SCARA grabs the battery, correcting its position by CCD, and places it in the fixed position of the turntable for processing. Then another set of machine vision completes the gluing action. Finally, the third camera detects the gluing accuracy, and the accuracy is ± 0.1mm.
